It explained that, though it connects people, social media can cause anxiety, may be a source of comparison to others, and pressures one into always being online. What I learned: This source helped me to understand that the emotional impact of social media is mixed. It underlined how important it is to use platforms in a balanced way and to be cognizant of how online content affects your mood.
